Halloween, a favorite holiday for many, fell on a Tuesday this year. With the inconvenience of it being on a weekday many decided to celebrate early calling the weekend prior “Halloweekend”. Junior Addie Pitman celebrated her Halloweekend dressed up as a fallen angel and hung out with a group of friends on Saturday night. Sophomore Michael Gasbarra dressed up as a soda can and spent his night with a group of friends carving pumpkins and doing other Halloween activities. However, not everyone decided to celebrate their Halloween over the weekend. Junior Greer DeLeon went to go to Guthrie Haunts on Halloween night. DeLeon and a group of friends went together and dressed up as characters from The Wizard of Oz. Fresham Haven O’neil went to a Halloween party with her friends and she and five others are dressed up as Hannah Montana.
