In celebration of Halloween, StuCo held an assembly to raise money for the annual canned food drive where they revealed the CFD theme: “Proud to be Americans.” After performances from DanceVisions, the Dance 1 and 3 classes and Tai Chi, StuCo held a costume contest and a smoothie fundraiser. StuCo raised additional funds for the CFD with the help of Assistant Principal Tim McFadden, junior Andrew Harris, Coach Jared White, and senior Rockford York who agreed to having their hair buzzed off during the assembly. The CFD collection continues through Nov. 22. Students who bring 60 pounds of food will have free dress until Thanksgiving Break.
