Today, 17 seniors were nominated for the homecoming court at an assembly organized by the Clancy Club. Those nominated include Cali Williams escorted by Noah McRyenolds, Chloe Wisdom escorted by Charlie Fuhrman, Eliza Garrett escorted by Liam Crabtree, Ellie Torres escorted by Harris Greene, Lily Cunningham escorted by Teddy Wright, Peri Mossman escorted by Bryce Schwartz, Violet Austerman escorted by Nathan Steiner and Zara Harroz escorted by Cooper Bradley. Also on the Court, Townes Green was nominated as the crowner.
The theme is Home Sweet Homecoming. Senior StuCo chair of assemblies William Gauthier said the theme is all about bringing back childhood memories and celebrating life’s sweet moments. Sticking with this theme, the week’s dress up days are pajamas on Monday, nerds and smarties on Tuesday, red, white and blue on Wednesday and twins on Thursday.
The homecoming queen will be crowned Sept. 20 at halftime during the home game against Bishop Carol.
