Eleven individuals and six relay teams of the freshman track team secured medals at Bristow High School April 8, in an all freshman meet.
“It was interesting going into a freshman meet after [previously] competing against upperclassmen,” freshmen Finley Cataldi said. “ It seems as though more people were closer to my level, which definitely gave me confidence.”
Many of the freshmen said they believe the track meet was a success. The Varsity and Freshmen come together to race again April 19 at Collinsville.
