Today during construction, the crew poured the base slab of the new building, which will serve as a foundation on which everything else will be built. This included bringing in concrete trucks, which is why the circle drive was closed.
According to Construction Superintendent Dennis Bowler, the crew will begin to put up a steel frame Wednesday of next week.
